The ALL VENDOR NIGHT (AVN) is a chance for those who may not meet the Warrington Farmers Market (WFM) vendor criteria, yet would like a chance to sell their items. 

We call it the ALL VENDOR NIGHT because it covers so many types of "other vendor" types that want to be involved. It provides an opportunity for a local small business to gain exposure during a well-attended community event...or an opportunity for that person who sells items that don't meet the markets' criteria but wants to be able to sell their items in our type of setting...but honestly, it was originally designed as a way to have a COMMUNITY YARD SALE...for you, the resident who may have extra stuff to sell but doesn't want to have the hassle of their own yard sale/garage sale type of event at their own home. A vendor fee of only $25 brings the whole community right to YOU. 


This year we will offer the community 3 "ALL VENDOR NIGHTS". The dates are June 28, July 26, and August 30, which happen to be the last Fridays in each of these months.

 

This ALL VENDOR NIGHT by the WFM is not only a community opportunity event it is also a fundraising event for the Lions Pride Park (LPP). Your vendor fee of $25 for the 10x10 space for each night that you signed up for, will be used towards the upkeep of the park. Therefore if your plans change or you are unable to make your commitment your fee is non-refundable.

 

If the market is canceled by management, for any reason, you will be issued a refund in that instance.

 

All vendors are expected to attend all dates they have been contracted to attend. If you are signed up to attend on a night you can not make it, please let the manager know as soon as possible. 

 

"NO SHOW" is when you are signed up for that date, yet do not show up nor communicate your absence with the manager. A NO SHOW will result in the cancellation of any future dates you have signed up for without a refund. We know that an emergency can happen, and we are asking you to communicate with us when it does. 


All vendors must supply their own: tables, chairs, tents/shade structures, bags, and other items needed to display products and serve customers.


The Market will proceed rain or shine with the exception of extreme weather conditions. Vendors who paid in advance for the season and received a significant reduction in fees will not receive refunds in the event of extreme weather cancellation. The Market Management Team will revisit the decision about whether to provide a prorated refund to these vendors in the event of four or more weather cancelations in the season. Extreme weather conditions include:


    a. Heat index of 100 degrees or more


    b. Forecast of violent storms


Payment is expected in full by June 1st for all dates you signed up for. 


The acceptable forms of payment include Venmo @mariah-drenth-cormick (last 4 digits are 3118) make a note on it that says "all vendor". Checks can be made out to Warrington Farmers Market and mailed to Warrington Farmers Market, PO Box 265, Warrington, PA 18976. (in the memo line please write "all vendor")


All vendors must clearly display the name of their business (if applicable) and the prices of all items with either individual price tags or signs.


All vendors are responsible for setting up their location and maintaining and cleaning up their location at the end of the market day.


All vendors are expected to arrive and set up at least 30 minutes before the opening of the market. The earliest setup can start at 2:00 PM.


No vendor will be able to enter the area with a vehicle after 4:15 p.m. If you have a job/prior obligation and can’t make it by 4:15 p.m., then you need to make arrangements to have someone else set up for you and staff the booth until you can arrive. Lateness and last-minute setups will not be tolerated.


All vendors are required to remain fully set up until the designated closing time of 7:30pm.


Market space and location of vendors will be done at the discretion of the Market Manager.


All vendors are expected to remain professional at all times.


    a. Any action deemed "inappropriate/unprofessional" by the Warrington Farmers Market Team, no matter the time/location, depending on the offense, may result in a verbal and written warning or you may be dismissed immediately from the Warrington Farmers Market without a refund.


    b. Vendors will share any concerns/comments in a constructive, respectful manner directly with the Market Manager, Mariah (who will be walking around constantly), or the Assistant Manager, Larissa (of 5 Smooth Stones Family Farm), who will be positioned at the 1st tent location.


    c. Vendors are asked to share any concerns regarding a customer or other vendors directly with the Market Manager (Mariah) at (215)290-3118


Completing an application does not guarantee that you will be accepted. While this is an ALL-VENDOR type of night, we can not accept everyone who applies. Space is limited and certain categories need to be limited. (only 1 of each type of MLM is allowed at an event by their policy) Due to these limitations, it may come down to 1st come (apply) 1st serve (accepted).
