Quizzo Registration

Use this form to register to play Quizzo with us on Saturday, March 7, 2026 (7:00-10:00 p.m.)

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. at Ben Wilson Senior Center—580 Delmont Avenue—Warminster, PA 18974

After completing the form, payment of $20.00 is required for each team member you entered. Teams can be made up of any number of players but are limited to a maximum of 8 players.

If you want to add players later (up to a maximum of 8), either the captain or player can come back to a new registration page, add the team name again and add additional players (up to 8 total).

• Tickets are $20 per person in advance; $25 at the door.
• Eight rounds of trivia will feature questions from a range of categories.
• The team with the most points after the final round wins $400 cash!
• Decorate your table and dress up as a team to win “best theme” prize.
• BYOB & food. Water, coffee, & tea will be provided.
• Must be 21 or older to play

We would like to encourage people to bring nonperishable food items to this event to assist local families with food insecurity. We will offer a free raffle ticket to each person who brings something. Food will go to the Warminster Food Bank.
